15Conclusion
- Awareness of continuing education and the importance of keeping skills up to date
164 — Theoretical teaching, evaluations and practices
4.1 Theoretical teaching
It is crucial to complete all the readings provided before progressing through the program. After each reading section, you must click the « DONE » button. An interactive medical glossary is made available to you: highlighted terms offer a tooltip and a link to a complete definition.
4.2 Theoretical evaluations
At the end of each reading module, a multiple-choice quiz must be completed within 60 minutes. Minimum score required: 80%. Up to 10 retakes are allowed. A « Need a hint? » button is available during the evaluations.
4.3 Practical sessions
Before each practical session, you will be guided in building a CPR manikin using everyday objects. During the session, an animated video guides participants through the steps of the maneuvers. Our automated system monitors the time spent on each session — progress is blocked until the session is fully completed. The FRSQC mobile application is also available as a complementary support.
175 — Deadline management
From the date of purchase, you have 10 weeks to complete the entire program. Inactivity of more than 10 weeks results in a temporary suspension of the file. To reactivate your access, contact FRSQC at [email protected].
186 — Students with disabilities, learning disorders or mental health conditions
FRSQC is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment. We encourage students with disabilities to inform us at the start of training. Personalized accommodation measures can be put in place:
- Extension of deadlines for tasks or evaluations
- Adapted teaching materials: large print, audio media, digital versions with assistive technologies
- Assistance during practical sessions to ensure full and safe participation
All FRSQC staff receive training on best practices for inclusion and support of students with special needs.
197 — FRSQC evaluation
Confidential summative assessments are carried out during training to measure pedagogical effectiveness. A confidential overall evaluation is also carried out at the conclusion of the training. Your comments may be sent to: [email protected]
208 — Certification
Upon completion of the training, once all evaluations are passed, an official certificate will be issued to you in electronic format, immediately available for download, email delivery or printing.
Available formats:
- Standard format: 8.5 × 11 inches (letter format), ideal for professional settings or for archiving.
- Wallet-card format: double-sided, handy for daily use.
A physical laminated version is also available on request. Please contact our administration.
219 — Pedagogical support
Direct support: Our team is available by email at [email protected] and via interactive chat on our website. Service hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Additional resources: complete medical glossary, intervention protocols, unlimited access to pedagogical content as long as your certification remains valid (excluding quizzes).
- Weekly social media tips: practical advice adapted to the latest trends
- Community engagement: sharing information and mutual support within the learner community
2210 — Teaching materials
No mandatory materials, but the following resources are strongly recommended:
